The beautiful village #Al_Souda is one of the oldest villages in #Tartous Province,#Syria. It is about 15 km away from the Tartous City & about 5 km away from the Sea Shore . Its construction dates back to about three centuries ago.
It has got its name from from the black basalt stones which they used to build the houses in the past and it is said that the Avenue des #Champs_Élysées in #Paris was built from its stones.
Its Church dates back to 1889 and it called The #Nayyah “Church which means the remain of #Virgin_Mary.It is a Charming tourist site because it overlooks picturesque views.🇸🇾🙏👋🙌👋🙏🇸🇾
